...And some of our award winning projects
Ethel Walker Centennial Center Project
This addition to a private school included an infirmary, athletic facility, locker rooms, weight lifting, gymnasium, and a state of the art natatorium. Some of the plumbing challenges included an olympic size linear trench drain positioned to match tile layout without seams, steam/ domestic hot water heat exchanger, and complex coordination.
Restoration Hardware Gallery Project
Coastal Inc. was very proud to take part in the preservation of this beautiful historic building in downtown Greenwich. Our experience in museum quality specifications made us the perfect fit for this project.
Middlewoods of newington project
This design build assisted living facility had many challenges. As the building remained occupied during the entire construction process, the team managed to provide a grade A job and stay ahead of schedule from start to finish.
The Southport School
The Southport School converted the old Southport Savings Bank into a new Music and Arts Building for the students. Historical preservation played a key role in construction on this 18th century building. Thanks to great care and craftsmanship this local gem will live on and serve the community for generations to come.
CONNECTICUT CHILDREN’S INFUSION CENTER
Coastal Inc is very proud to be part of the award winning team that built this facility. The infusion center serves children who need intravenous treatments for a variety of acute and chronic illnesses. The construction took place on the floor above an active medical office without any disruption to their service. Alternating crews worked continuous days, nights, and weekends to complete this project far ahead of schedule.
